On the southern shore of Lake Balaton, in a cosy small town called Balatonszemes - between Balatonföldvár and Balatonlelle an apartment in the attic is available for max 8 people and a baby in an apartment house with a pool. There is 5 apartments in total. The apartment house lies 800 meters from the town’s beach. The building was built in 2002 and was renovated in 2012 and there is a pool that is available free of charge for the residents. In the nearby area you can find shops, bus stops and a playground as well. The air conditioned apartment is situated in the attic of the apartment house. There is a 70 square meter living space, moreover there is a furnished 13 square meter terrace. The apartment contains an American style kitchen-dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a sofa bed for two (140x200) in the living room, one of the bedrooms has a queen size bed, the second one is a twin bed room, the third has two single beds put together.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a gas stove, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, plates and cutleries. There is a TV with cable channels in the apartment. The windows have shutters on them. The air conditioning can be used for an additional fee. In the garden there is a playground with a jungle gym, a slide and a trampoline, a swing bed, a garden pavilion, toys, 6 sunbeds, a 6x3 meter pool which is shared between the residents of the apartments, a grill (wood is provided, charcoal is not provided) and grilling equipment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
If requested in advance, there is a baby cot, a baby bathtub and a highchair available.
The owner and a friendly dog lives on the area of the apartment building. The dog is separated from the garden of the apartment house.
Air conditioning is available for a 1500 HUF/night rate.
The accommodation has bed linen, bed sheets and kitchen towels, towels are not provided.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace or on the balcony.
The apartment cannot be rented for New Years Eve, or parties.
Parking is available in the garden of the apartment house.
